I had a wonderful stay at Albergo Mazzanti. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delightful start to my day, with a wide selection including delicious cakes and pastries. Its central location near Piazza delle Erbe made exploring Verona easy and enjoyable.

Room cleaning could improve.

expecting a room upgrade for my two nights of pure discomfort was clearly too much to ask. The receptionists were unhelpful and robotic, and I had to experience mediocre breakfast while the lobby looked shabby. I would have left a favorable review if I hadn't been treated like just another guest.

Beautifully decorated rooms in a charming historic location.

My experience at Albergo Mazzanti was incredibly frustrating. The elevator had a foul smell that was off-putting, and I encountered issues with my room door not closing properly. Furthermore, the shower cubicle showed signs of neglect, with unpleasant black mold in the corners that made me uncomfortable throughout my stay.

This was just an optimal selection for a short layover in Verona with excellent value for money. The breakfast had a plentiful spread that helped kickstart my mornings. Try to use Piazza Erbe for easier navigation when arriving.
